Windows 8.1 will not install a 64 bit printer driver for an old Epson professional printer (Stylus Pro 7600). The 64 bit Epson driver is UNSIGNED.

This driver does install for Win 7. Epson does not intend to update this driver nor issue one for Win 8 or 8.1 Epson's tech support advice is to bypass the block on the install.
