I was thinking that I accidentally got rid of something that was required to load up something major to run my lap top. I recently added a norton suite business version to my lap top and ran the first scan. Right after that the first time I turned on the Dell lattitude with XP pro I got that Solution center bos popping up and also now when I try to connect to internet by opening utility and wireless options I don't even get an option to connect to. I also get a pop up box asking if I want to connet on broadband dial up or verizon wireless card?

So I thought this all had to do with the Solution center popping up. So now I find out that just has to do with an HP printer.

So what is all this other stuff going on not allowing to connect to wireless options now?? Yikes I will start by uninstalling any HP printers. If need be I will use windows installer clean up utility (is that on my machine? Or do I downlaod that (because right now I cannot connect?????arghhhhh) Let me know from there what you think.

If you google solutioncenter.msi, you find lots of things related to HP printers so I presume your error message relates to an HP printer issue. Assuming you actually installed an HP printer on this laptop, when that box pops up, look for a 'browse' option and point it at the HP installation CD which should be in your optical drive.
